How do you fix formula issue for additional row that had conditional formula on it?

Upon migrating this report from financial reports to reports some of the formula that needs calculation for percentage seems not working and not appearing in the report. These are formula for additional row that had conditional formula on it. We add additional row since we see that some of the child of the Group Project Number is not appearing.
