How Can We Link a UCM Content Server Data Set with a Secured SQL Data Set in BI Publisher?

We are unable to link a UCM Content Server-based Data Set with an SQL query-based Data Set for role-based employee filtering.

We are working on an Oracle BI Publisher report that reads a .txt file from UCM. Using a Content Server-based Data Set, we are able to successfully retrieve the file contents in the BIP report.
We now need to further filter the employee data based on the role/data access of the user running the report. To achieve this, we are trying to link the Content Server-based Data Set with an SQL query-based Data Set using secured views. However, we are unable to establish the required link between the two Data Sets.
