College Recruiting and capturing on campus interviews from schools industry standard scheduling tool

Currently, we have not found a seemless method of capturing on campus interviews since they happen outside of Taleo. We end up entering the successful candidates and attaching them to reqs afterwards. Is there a better solution for this? The schools all have one of several industry standard candidate selection and scheduling tools so we cannot use Taleo until after the interviews.

One other issue how can we separate college students from experienced hire candidates? We currently have no way (or don't understand how) to do a search that is limited to only college students. I know that when candidates apply on-line they are ushered to either the "Career Opportunities" button or the "Internship Opportunities" button. We would like to have access to both current students and graduates but they are likely to choose different entry points. Is there a way to collect them?
