Server Error on Redwood Event Page Actions

On the Redwood Event page in Oracle Learning Cloud, actions such as Reactivate and Deactivate fail with the message "Your changes couldn't be submitted because of a server error. Try again later." The error appears for every action tried on the event, so administrators cannot change the event's status. We request that Oracle identify the cause and provide a fix.
