TCC Hosting and Server Requirements

Can anyone advise on the best location to host TCC, and how to do the initial set-up. We are deciding on a cloud hosting solution vs. In-house. I assume no sensitive data is stored within TCC itself? Also, where is the best location for any output files, and how much space should be allowed?
