Report Publishing

I am on version 11A and new to Taleo. Despite the Report classes taken and the Help manual, I am still having some trouble getting things to work right. I'm wondering if anyone has documentation with screen shots that explain more clearly how to publish web intelligence reports so that end users can view within the Taleo application.

I am also interested in finding out if a single report can be created for a group of people, whereby the data displayed for each user may be different (by organization, for instance). Almost security or role-based views.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
