Certificates

I would like to start using the Certificate functionality in Taleo's Learn.  My idea is to allow employees to print a certificate for ANY course, class, ILT that they have completed.

Is it possible to create a generic certificate and allow users to print after taking ANY course, class or ILT?   Or do I need to map each course, class, ILT to the certificate?

It would be a painful if the only choice is to map over 1300 courses, classes, ILT's individually.
