Displaying Candidate Username on Candidate List

We often have candidates who loose or forget their usernames and password.  To help, we would like to give our Hiring Managers a quick reference by adding the candidate's username to our candidate lists.  However, I have not readily found a way to do this?

Does anyone have thoughts or suggestions on how me might be able to accomplish this?
