Show Overall Assessment Result at End of Assessment

Does anyone know a way to display to the user whether they passed or not at the conclusion of an assessment?  I see where the page will have a link that says View your results.  However, I would rather the user not have to do another click to see their results -- there should be a way for it to display their results and/or a message as to whether they passed/failed automatically once they have completed the assessment.
