??Good quality how-to videos, tutorials, screen capturing app?

Hello Everyone,

   I am looking for reliable suggestions from anyone regarding what software can be used for training using video demos, tutorials, how-to presentations, etc. I am working on some SOPs and would like to add some video how-tos and some documents with clear and good quality screencasts to our LMS library.

Few softwares that I have heard thrown around are

Camtasia,

uvVisualizator

Movavi Screen Capture

Hypercam

As always, any and all suggestions will be researched and very welcomed.
