    Updating Editor and embedded .swf and flv files

    I have 2 questions:

    1)  This might sound ridiculous, but is there a way to update the features in my portal?  The Editor does not dispaly the utilies described in the on line help.

    2)  I am having difficulty embedding .swf and .flv files The resource files won't accept the files (perhaps they are too large?) and when I add a linkto the ftp I get a message saying that I don't have permission to open the file (I am The administrator).  I have been able to do this in the past.

    I have explored online help and thought perhaps there may be a quirky permissions issue.  On line help advised to go to the Control Panel/Options/System - however "System" is not an option provided.
