Communication messages for Enrollments

Does anyone know a way to keep the ILT Enrollment Approval communication messages and meeting requests in the same format that they are entered in?
I've tried entering HTML code, versus cutting/pasting/reformatting and just entering the meeting information manually; however, once you hit the "Save" button and actually send the meeting request e-mail and invite, the formatting is wrong, the fonts are incorrect, and sometimes the colors are different.
I've tried Dreamweaver, Text to HTML converters and everything else I can think of and haven't had any luck in maintaining format.
