Problem with the homepage of our learn center

Hello,

We have been continuously having problems with our homepage of our learn center.  The side panel and banner at the top of the page randomly disappear. (This has created problems as we have already rolled our learncenter out to employees) The learn support team seems quite baffled and hasnt been much of a help.  Are there any other learn clients that are dealing with a similar issue?
