Course Chapters Not Displaying for Some Users

Hello Taleo Learn World!

We are having an issue with some users when it comes to courses created using the WYSIWYG editor.  We create some courses that have multiple chapters.  Each chapter simply has an embedded YouTube video.  The issue we are having is that some users, when they launch the course, are receiving a web page error for the chapter list.  It seems random in nature and is browser-independent.  Seems to be tied to the user in some way.  They can view the first page (chapter) of the course when it loads, and the course loads, which denotes that it is not an
