Pre-Enrollment Status for Terminated People

We just learned that when people are terminated and deactivate in our system, their pre-enrollment status within the Learning Center is not automatically changed (we have a nightly integration process with between our HRIS and the Learning Center). Therefore in many cases people who may be listed as "Approved" for a class but are really terminated and are taking up a seat. We plan to use waitlisting and the solution that was recommended (to view the properties of each person enrolled in a class to see if they are no longer active) is not a feasible and would take up
