Requisition Based Status'

I am having a couple problems with req based status:

1.  Can we add this category under "My Active Candidates", we would find it beneficial to see the req based status next to every requisition.

2. WHen we see the filter "Next step" for candidates attached to requisitions - is there any way to show all of the status options instead of one at a time based on the work flow?  Our workflow can change depending on dept and/or candidate and would love to avoid having to click through steps.
