Quiz Results

How do I track results (raw scores) with a  Quiz created in Articulate or Captivate.  I have tried various mappings, e.g. Instances, Assignments, etc-- While i get the incomplete/complete, I am not getting the individual user scores.

Any help is greatly appreciated
