ADA / 508 Compliance - Accessibility

Is the native Taleo/Learn user interface ADA / 508 compliant, with screen readers or font changing capability?  We had used a developer to write some custom code for the last Sub LC that we designed, but that was a few years ago.  I was wondering if there were any enhancements through more recent releases that added any accessibility benefits to the platform.
