Can you trigger a message when someone registers for your LC?

We have a subLearnCenter that is set up so that users can go there and register to have access to the LC.  We have it configured to put them in a Pending state.  That part is working well, but is there any way to trigger a message to come to the administrator when someone registers for the LC? I don't see any kind of message in the Communications section.

Howdy, Stranger!
