Duplicated SCORM course entries - 0% and 100% completion

Gentlefolk;

Been working on this for a while with no resolution...

I have a SCORM course which, when a report is pulled shows users with both a 0% and a 100% competion or a complete and incomplete status.

The incomplete is shown when the user accesses the course briefly, in one example, at 4:01 PM, completing at 4:01 PM, then the completion status occurs when the user enters at 11:22AM, and leaves at 4:01 PM. Here is a screen capture:

Any ideas what is causing this, and how I may prevent the erroneous incomplete entries?

I have attached both the GIF screenshot illustrated above and the spreadsheet dump from the LearnCenter.
