Creating Assessments with Anonymous option

Does anyone know how or know if the ability is in the Learncenter to create surveys that can be anonymous? I used to be able to create a survey and then the employees could check a box to say whether they wanted their responses to be anonymous or not. We use this for feedback for classes that we offer and we find that the respondents are more open to providing feedback if their name is not attached to the responses. Any ideas on how best to handle this or if this might be able to become an enhancement down the
