Applicant EEO Reporting
Content
Hello Everyone,
Does anyone have any experience with creating an EEO Report for applicants where the values assocaited with the EEO 2 Race Question can be displayed horizontally for counting? This report is sectioned by Req. Org Level 1 and Req EEO Job Category. Here is an example of what I am trying to create:
Job Title | Dept Name | Req. ID | 1st Fully Approved Date | Recruiter | EEO Value1 | EEO Value2 | EEO Value3 | EEO Value4 | EEO Value5 | EEO Value6 | Total Minority | Total All Candidates |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
ExA | Test1 | 1 | 01/01/2012 | J. Smith | 2 | 1 | 61 | 0 | 0 | 119 | 64 | 183 |
ExB | Test2 | 2 | 01/01/2012 | J. Smith | 0 | 0 | 3 | 0 | 0 | 14 | 3 | 17 |
ExC | Test3 | 3 | 01/01/2012 | J. Wilson | 0 | 0 | 8 | 0 | 1 | 21 | 9 | 30 |
I am fairly new to creating reports in Business Objects and cannot figure out how to extrapolate and break out the EEO data. Currently, all the values are pulled into the EEO 2 Race dimension and I need to figure out what formula will help me pull this information in the format that I need above (i.e. take the Single EEO 2 Race column that has all the values I need veritcally and break them out into indivudal columns).
