To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

I called the new Support Number on Wednesday, and someone was going to follow up and send me an email, but I have not received one yet.
It's very difficult to reach someone on the phone.
I need to talk to someone because I can't upload a SCORM class.
Even though the format looks correct, there is a / on the screen before the imsmanifest.xml, I get this error.
/files/scorm/quizzes/optiflex_11.2_billing_webinarimsmanifest.xml
Whitespace is not allowed at this location.
It does not see the / which is on the screen.
