Adding an HR Handbook and Acknowledgement

Good afternoon KE! I've been tasked with adding our HR Handbook and Acknowledgement into our "Getting Started" Learning Plan and would like your advice on the best way to set this up. This learning plan currently houses compliance training courses that need to be completed within a new hire's first 30 days of employment; as will review of this HR Manual and Acknowledgement.
The only method that comes to mind for creating this would be to put it in a course wrapper and attach an "acknowledgement" test(?) to the end of the course. Any other suggestions that would be the easiest on the end user would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
