To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Manager Changes and Moving Goal Plans/Reviews to New Manager

Hi-
We are implementing Taleo PM and were wondering how other companies deal with manager changes (employees moving to new departments, managers leaving departments, etc.). It seems that when an employee's manager changes and a Goal Plan or Review is in their Task List, it remains with that old manager. How do your admins know what employees to move? Have you written reports? I can see a report semi-working for a Review. We can write it and find out who the author is and if it doesn't match the manager and isn't the employee, it needs to be transferred to the
