Edit Copied Learning Plans

I recently copied my old learning plans to roll out to the company for this year.  The learning plan option tab is 9 months but I need to manipulate the course dates within the the learning plan.  Example If there are 5 courses they need to have a different due dates. How can I edit the date of courses in a copied learning plan?  I do not want to go and recreate the same learning plan.  The copying helped tremendously.
