Is anyone else experiencing outages with their UAT site(s)?

My UAT site seems to go down several times a week. These outages always seem to come at the worst time. I am currently working on several large projects and need to do testing on two SRs but cannot do any of it without access to my UAT site. I was told the issue was fixed by engineering but this does not seem to be the case.
