Mass Enrollment for an ILT/VILT

Is there any way to upload a list of users for a ILT or VILT (or any other object in learn).  We have around 300 participants that attend our training conference.  Everyone that attends is then added to an enrollment by our training administrator.   Adding them one by one takes hours.  Any shortcuts?  These employees all are in different locations and have different titles so they are not in a group.
