Candidate's Main and Req based status

Hi All,

We have had some issues with candidates' main status and/or req based status being incorrect when they have applied for a role.

For e.g.

1) Candidate A has applied for a job and has answered 'No' to a req based question, which is set as a KO-R. The problem we have been having is that it has not changed Candidate A's status to KO-R.

2) Candidate B has applied and answered '3-6 months' to a company question, which is set as a KO-C. Instead of displaying KO-C, main status displays 'New' or 'Available'

We have submitted a few service requests to Oracle Support however their response hasn't been satisfactory.
