I can't even put in a support ticket

I just tried to put in a ticket via My Oracle Support (which I've done before), and "Oracle Taleo Learn Cloud Service" is no longer listed as one of the product options! I did a search for "Taleo" and there were no Taleo products listed. This is preventing me from putting in a ticket at all. Help!!
