How much has the great LMS crash of 2012 cost your company?

I think we would ALL agree, Oracle included, that these past 6 days have been difficult for many of us.  And, there are probably many perceptions out there regarding how much Oracle cares about the problems they have caused by just doing a maintenance update.  I know for a fact that there are MANY Oracle professionals that do care and have worked very hard during these challenging days.

However, part of any corrective action process is evaluating how much "damage" was done.  And, for other key decision makers within Oracle, that are much more removed from our situation, need to know how much damage was done to YOU.

Howdy, Stranger!
