System and Communication Center e-mails

Hello!

Does anyone know why all the messages (e-mails) from all our Sub Learn Centers go to someone who's e-mail address is provided in only one specific Sub Learn? We are trying to direct all the communication e-mails for one of our Subs to the admin responsible for that Sub, but now she gets e-mails from all our Subs and the root Learn. If I change the Communication Center e-mail address in a Sub Learn, does it override the e-mail address in the root?

Each our Sub has a dedicated admin and we would like that admin receive all the communication specific to that Sub, is it possible to set it up that way?
