Completion status change - reason field

When I change the completion status of users (Control Panel > users > Completion Status) there is a field for "Reason for changing the completion status". I can see the explanation when the change is made and the user list is refreshed. Is that a field that can be retrieved for reporting purposes? I'd like, for example, to see the explanation why I gave someone a status of "exempt" for a course when I run a report of all users' status against a course, but I can't seem to locate it outside of the Completion Status pages.
