Of course it had to affect the new CEO, and only the new CEO

Dear Knowledge Exchangers,

Here's my situation.  IT reused an old username for the new CEO, so now the new head honcho is wondering why she has all these plans assigned to her in the Learning Center, and it is because that UN reactivated a former employee’s account.

I don't want to delete the data from the old user because we need to keep it for auditing, and if she ever got rehired, having that old data would be valuable.

I don't think IT or the new CEO will go for using a different UN, though.

Any suggestions?  It's a bit of a doozy!

Howdy, Stranger!
