Multiple Group Roll Out - Lessons Learned and Best Practices

Hi all, we are getting ready to embark on a more global roll out of the LMS.  It's currently fully established in one area with another area soon to follow as a Sub-LC.  My question is more geared towards the longer term LMS users and is coming from the point of architecture on the LMS side (not the UI).  I’m leaning towards the sub-learn center approach based on states of readiness.....we’d have a Sub-LC ready to go, they’d be activated, build out the content and we’d turn it on for the end users.

What I’m interested in hearing about is if anyone went the other direction (e.g.; loaded all the users in to the Root LC and just developed LP’s, etc and did the mapping) and what lessons you learned from that experience.

Howdy, Stranger!
