Supervisor Approval.

Hi all,

Due to financial impacts, we need to start requiring Supervisor approval messages on some of our enrollments. (sessions we are hiring external trainers for but have a high no show). We are considering needing to chargeback to depts for No Shows, but we thought activating and requiring supervisor permission was a first good step. This way the supervisors is in the loop.

While testing this message we found that the Enrollment message to Request Approval to the Supervisor erroneously sent 2 separate messages for the supervisor to approve . Anticipating confusion/ anger from many of our supervisors/managers (who already concerned about the integrity of the LMS and also complain about the amount of mail in their Inboxes) we held off using this setting until the underlying problem was resolved. We submitted a ticket 4 months ago Oracle has just informed me that they have discovered it is a bug in the software and they are going to have a  triage review where
