How do I assign a newly imported course to a job profile?

I have imported a few scorm courses into our LMS and they are available in the Course Catalog.  However, I created a job Profile so I could map all our employees to a group of courses under their Learning Transcript button (instead of searching for each course, they are all listed together).  I'm new to this and I can't figure out where the courses are or if they can be assigned to or as a skill, which can be mapped to a job profile.  Need help!
