Need help using the recurrence option for enrollments

Hi,
I have someone who wants to create enrollments, 10 people per day, for 3 consecutive weeks. I tried using the recurrence for the ILT and enrollments, but still just see the parent enrollment. It seems like a lot of work to have to create an individual ILT and enrollment for each of the 15 sessions, however the recurrences aren't working as I thought they would. I only see the parent enrollment, not all of the ones I thought would be created through the recurrence option. Any ideas?
