Allow user to see Drop button after Enrollment Closes
Content
Hi all,
Does anyone have a way for users to continue to see the drop button AFTER the enrollment closes?
WE close enrollments the day prior to the training so we can print rosters and make sure we have the needed materials. However, our users gets very frustrated when they can't make it and try to drop the enrollment but the drop button is gone. Is there a setting I am missing?
