Course with multiple attempts?

Hi-

I am working on creating some quizzes in Articulate that will be published as SCORM and uploaded to Taleo as a course.  This course will be assigned to the user from a learning plan.  Is there anywhere to allow the user multiple attempts if they do not pass within the learn center?

I have explored the option within articulate and the only way to do so is to insert the quiz in a presenter course but it can not be done as a standalone quiz.  Please let me know if it is possible within the LMS.
