How do I add a 2nd Reference Account for a new/different BU to an existing Customer Site?

We have started using a new BU (which is all set up) and I need to create a Reference Account for the new BU for some existing Customers.

Is this possible?  And how, because I can't find instructions, and my intuitive attempt has hit errors.
