Videos not appearing in correct rotation when viewed

Hi,

Has anyone found a way to rotate (horizontal to vertical/portrait etc) videos that have been upladed into Learn?

Or does it all come down to how the video is shot, will be how it is displayed?

At present we have videos shot horizontaly that are appearing to the user as portrait.
