Reporting on 'Receipt of Payment Notification Preferences' in Receivables

I need to create a new report which pulls data from Manage Customers > Site > Payment Details > Bank Accounts > Receipt of Payment Notification Preferences.

I'm fairly certain that the Delivery Method and E-Mail fields are not available to report on using OTBI so will need to create the report in BI Publisher.

I've searched in the Tables & Views section of Oracle Enterprise Repository for Oracle Fusion Applications but can'f find which tables hold this information.

I'd appreciate it if someone could point me to the tables required to report on this data.
