Notification report

Hello, has anyone been able to create a notification report to show the list of users assigned, and the list of notification sent to them with confirmation that the notice did reach the users (or failed)

At this point in time, we have no easy way to verify if notifications actually went out to users and if the users received them.

Any help would be much appreciated.
