Is anybody else unable to run Insight Reporting?

Hi There,

We have been experiencing slowness and no results when running any reports in Insight Reporting. I opened a SR in Oracle Support, and they said that at the beginning of the month and at the end the server is busy and that's why we get problems to run the reports. I want to check if anybody else is having the same problem because they also said that the problem could be within our internet provider, we contacted them and they made some changes in the configuration, but the problem is still there. Also, Oracle said that Insight Reporting is not
