How do I create a report to show Job Profiles even if no one is assigned?

Hello,
I am trying to create a report that will provide a list of all of our Job Profiles in Learn. The Insight Report titled Job Profile Report seems to only allow for one Job Profile to be selected at a time. I tried to build a report using the LearnCenter Report but it is only returning 245 job profiles and we actually have more in the system-- 292 under the Job Profiles section in Advanced Learning. I have spot checked the report and it seems as though the report is only pulling a job profile into my report if someone
