Business User is having challenges uploading courses

The business user is working on populating Oracle Learn with the high number of courses.  She has indicated it takes her over 21 minutes to upload one course which has text, pix, and videos.  Is there a tool or process or an easier way to load?  mass upload?

please help thank you....
