Report of Course Published and Unpublished

Does anyone have a report (prefer Crystal) that you would be willing to share of Course in your LearnCenter and whether they are published or unpublished? I know that the table that houses this information is LOMItem but I can not figure out how it relates back to the course.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
