Linking to folders on a SharePoint in correspondences

Hello,

Wondering if anyone else is having issues with trying to put links to SharePoint folders into correspondences. We have a few business that keep their onboarding processes/documents in their own sharepoints and then want that link sent to hiring managers when an employee starts. We have different paragraphs setup in Taleo for the various businesses and our recruiters select the appropriate business when they send a start date confirmation.

Recently we noticed with one of our business that the link we paste (it's a long and complex link) is having SOME of the strigns converted to other symbols. Specifically it's converting %7b and %7d to the {} symbols. When we first try to send the correspondence we get an error, when we go into the review screen it doesnt identify the link as being the error, but if we go in a second time it changes the last few characters from %7d and %7b to the characters {}.
