Is it possible to change the Information Indication prompts?

On certain Dynamic objects performing actions bring up a small blue circle with a lower case i  in them.  These give a system message on the action they performed.   One in particular is not very clear and our users are getting stuck on what do do next.  Do I have the ability to change these as an Admin?

The one in question is regarding supervisor approval when enrolling in an ILT. the message states:

This enrollment request will be sent to supervisor for approval.

First off it should say  "sent to YOUR supervisor".


Second the user has more actions to perform and they are interpreting it as saying that shortly one will be send for them and no further action is required.  They close out the box and call it a day when they actually need to click on the
